Rates:
Rates are per room and per night, on single or double occupancy basis and comprise:
- Continental breakfast
- Porter service from the main square Jemma el Fna
- Welcome drink on your arrival
- Water in your room

Our prices are based on a fixed exchange rate throughout the year where 1 euro = 11 dirhams
Guarantee policy:
Credit card details with the cardholder’s signature are compulsory to guarantee all hotel reservations in Morocco. Failure to respond within 3 days your reservation will be cancelled automatically. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation sum will be charged to credit card at the time of booking (VISA, MasterCard). Prepayment of full invoice amount via bank transfer at the time of your booking may replace guarantee with credit card.
Cancellation policy:
A 100% cancellation fee is due when cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of arrival. In the event of no-show or premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
If no special room rate cancellation policy exists, cancellation is free of charge:
- up to 15 days before arrival during normal season
- up to 30 days before arrival for high season periods (24.12-03.01 and Easter).
To secure the booking, we kindly ask for an advance payment. The advance payment will be refunded in the case of cancellation free of charge.
Cancellation free of charge is possible (for special rates different conditions apply):
– until 15 days before arrival for the normal season
– for stays in the high season 24.12-03.01 and in the 2 Easter weeks different regulations may apply.
In the event of late cancellation, no-show or premature departure, the full extent (100%) of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Deposits made will be refunded in the event of a cancellation free of charge. In the case of special rates, free cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation of a reservation without the possibility of cancellation or within the chargeable cancellation period is not possible even if the guest is not liable for the reasons of the cancellation. We recommend taking out travel insurance for the premature termination of the trip for unforeseen reasons.
Children Policy:
Cots for children up to 3 years old are free of charge provided availability. We are happy to add an extra bed to our larger Suites or the Blue House for older children if available. For children over 12 years old: extra charge of 50 EUR.
Minimum stay:
Three nights. Xmas/New Year and Easter: Four nights. We are happy to accept bookings of less than three nights if a room is available only for a shorter period.
Check-in, Check-out
is at 2 pm. Check-out is at 12 am. However, you may use our facilities before or later if wished.
