Rates are per room and per night, on single or double occupancy basis and comprise:

• Breakfast,
• Complimentary tea or coffee throughout the day, mineral water and fresh orange juice,
• Welcome drink on your arrival,
• Free use of wireless Internet connection in the main courtyard.

Net rates, taxes included. Rates are subject to change.

Any reservation needs to be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card number (VISA, MasterCard).

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations 2-4 weeks before arrival, a 30% cancellation fee is applied. A 100% cancellations fee is due when cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of arrival. In the event of no-show or premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Children Policy:

Cots for children up to 3 years old are free of charge provided availability. We are happy to add an extra bed to our larger Suites or the Blue House for older children if available. For children over 12 years old: extra charge of 60 EUR.

Minimum stay:

three nights; Xmas/New Year and Easter: four nights.
We are happy to accept bookings of less than three nights if a room is available only for a shorter period.

Check-in, Check-out

is at 2 pm. Check-out is at 12 am. However, you may use our facilities before or later if wished.
