Guarantee policy:
Credit
card details with the cardholder's signature are compulsory to
guarantee all hotel reservations in Morocco. Failure to respond within
3 days your reservation will be cancelled automatically. A
deposit of 30% of the total reservation sum will be charged to credit
card at the time of booking (VISA, MasterCard). Prepayment of full
invoice amount via bank transfer at the time of your booking may
replace guarantee with credit card.
For cancellations 2-4 weeks before arrival, a 30% cancellation fee is applied. A 100% cancellations fee is due when cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of arrival. In the event of no-show or premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cots for children up to 3 years old are free of charge provided availability. We are happy to add an extra bed to our larger Suites or the Blue House for older children if available. For children over 12 years old: extra charge of 45 EUR.
